Our mission at Samaritan Senior Care is to provide the best care possible. We work together with our clients and their families to ensure quality care where each care plan is personally customized to meet individual needs. Why do we believe in Compassion in Action?
We believe in Compassion in Action because we’ve learned the value in caring for others. From first-hand accounts, we’ve witnessed the lasting impact genuine sincerity and love has on seniors and their families. Developing a trusting and fulfilling relationship with your care provider can ease the burdens or stress family members might have. It has been rewarding for us to provide compassionate and personable care where seniors can choose the best quality of life for them while their loved ones know they are in good hands.
How does that translate to our care?
We want to be Compassion in Action to everyone we care for – seniors, their families, our healthcare workers, and the community. All families should have access to affordable, quality care and be able to accommodate care for their loved ones in the best way possible. We believe in genuine customer service and are always mindful of how we can serve others better.
What experience do we have as a company?
Samaritan Senior Care is licensed with and approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health to provide home healthcare. We have over 10 years of long-term care administration experience.
What experience do our caregivers have?
All of Samaritan Senior Care’s caregivers are eligible to work (background checked), trained (complete 10+ hours of training annually), and supervised (given regular supervisory visits and competency evaluations).
